Footage begins with a party in someone's basement, man rolling and carrying a keg and putting a tap in it, keg party outside with folks dancing in the driveway, a man pretending to cut apart a stuffed animal, another playing a guitar. Next it goes to a camp by a river in the woods on a dirt road, scenes shot while riding in a vehicle along country roads, scenes of fishing, chasing and catching small rabbits, and woods in the fall when the trees have no leaves. There is a lot of fishing footage. Next is a miniature train set with multiple trains in someone's basement, a young boy opening Christmas presents, Ice Capades footage which is difficult to make out, and a boy hunting for Easter eggs in the house. The next section is of a wedding with footage of the wedding party and various attendees, rice throwing, scenes in the woods by a small river and covered bridge, kids playing with puppies and some damaged footage showing a carcass of some animal hanging in front of the house. There are many sections with birds flying alone or in a flock and one of a young man with birds he had presumably shot earlier. Footage then goes to a party with adults goofing around for the camera, a BBQ where they are roasting a whole pig on a spit, a birthday party with several children, a woman walking a child in a stroller and various scenes of the same child in the yard. There is an old newscast from the television in black and white, but difficult to make out what it was about. This is followed by scenes taken while riding in the car.

Footage begins with a movie short called "Pluto's Dream House," a black and white cartoon featuring Mickey Mouse and Pluto. This is followed by scenes of property in a rural location on a river, fall foliage shots with white-tailed deer running in a meadow, a sunset, and men with guns. Next shots are of a lake with boaters and fishermen, shots of the harbor area and fish that had been caught. Next come shots of a river valley, more deer, women opening presents at some kind of party, the family with a new baby, man playing a piano, Army personnel in the woods, college aged kids drinking in the winter outdoors, military planes at the airport, a trip to Colorado with a lot of footage taken from inside a vehicle and a statue of Santa Maria. Footage changes to young men at a shooting range, children playing football and riding bikes, a trip to Paris, France and then a later trip to Italy. Notable scenes are of the Alps, the Arc de Triumph being restored, the Eiffel Tower, the Colosseum, artists painting outdoors, the leaning tower of Pisa and many other buildings.
