Journal Publisher Requirements: What to Know

 

In addition to requirements from funding agencies, many publishers and/or journals require that authors share the data or code that underlies the results from the published article

While this does not require a full data management plan, having a data management plan will help you understand and comply with the journal's data sharing policy.
