As part of our mission to document the built environment of our campuses, UMass Lowell Libraries has made materials from our Special Collections available digitally of our architecture and landscape design. The MACRIS database enables users to search the MA Historical Commission for reports on historic properties and areas in the Commonwealth. UMass Lowell buildings, public artwork, etc. can be found here.

Information about UMass Lowell buildings and properties can also be found in the City of Lowell's GIS portal. Users can Search this system which links maps and databases, forming a relationship between data, locations, and information.
