UMass Lowell Library Resources for Doctoral Students in Education

Welcome to the UMass Lowell Library

This guide features links to library resources for Doctoral students in Education.

It includes links to databases, and information on how to search, retrieve articles and export citations into citation software.

Use of the Library

There are two online entry points to the library. They are:

  • The library homepage itself; if you are off campus you will need to put in your UML email and password to access online resources.

  • Interlibrary Loan log-in. Interlibrary Loan, (or ILLIAD), is a service of the library which is an essential part of using the databases.

The first requires only your UML email address and password. The second requires you to create an additional account, which you can do from this page.

For information about how to use Interlibrary Loan, see this guide.

To borrow print material there is another entry point. See the next page for registering to borrow print material.
