ABSTRACT:
The KhmerPost USA Newspaper is an independent biweekly newspaper printed in Khmer (Cambodian) and English. This collection includes digitized issues existing as PDFs published between 2007 to 2016.
The KhmerPost USA was co-founded by Roger Samkhon Pin, the current editor, and Soben Pin, the current manager, in Long Beach, California. The newspaper published its first issue in 2007. It moved its headquarters to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and then its current location in Lowell, Massachusetts.
As an independent and free biweekly newspaper printed in Khmer (Cambodian) and English, the KhmerPost USA aims to serve the Cambodian community in the New England area of the U.S. Moreover, through mail subscription, issues are made available to reach the Cambodian diasporic communities across the states, Canada, and France. The newspaper highlights local and community news such as community events, fundraisers and provides advertising space for local businesses. The Khmer Post also aims to address Cambodian and global news.
