Search the UML EJournal list. If you know the name of the journal, type it in and use "Title begins with". If you aren't sure, search for the words in the journal name you do know and use "Title contains all words".
We have all issues of all journals from the ACS, back to volume 1 of every title. Most common titles found:
Journal of the American Chemical Society (JACS)
Journal of Organic Chemistry
Journal of Physical Chemistry
there are over 30 other ACS journals.
We now have electronic access to all of the Royal Society of Chemistry journals. We also have extensive backfiles, in storage, all the way back to 1858. This journal has had many names and many parts. All of our collection is in QD.C6, and it is all in CompactStorage.
Abbreviated Org.Syn. This is not a journal but its citation resembles a journal because it is a set of books which came out annually for many years. Organic Syntheses references will be found in SFS, both the annual and comprehensive volumes. Organic Syntheses is a free site on the web and we also have the complete set of Comprehensive Volumes in the Reference area. If following an Org. Syn. reference from SFS, be sure and connect to the free site. The Wiley site for Org. Syn. is not accessible at UML, and will ask one to pay to see the article.
