Asking For More: Dickens in Nigeria

The Nigerian Association of Merrimack Valley presented the premiere of “Asking for More: Dickens in Nigeria,” a high-energy, entertaining twist on “Oliver” set in Lagos, Nigeria, during the 1970s. Length: [1 hour and 31 minutes.]

Conceived by Robert Omoyeni Directed by Obehi Janice “Asking for More” was performed by an ensemble of Nigerian immigrants from Lowell.

Created and Performed by The Ensemble: Olisa Adigwe, Prince Emenogu, Michael Enagbare, Robert Omoyeni, Anastasia Onyenho, Monica Swaida, and Lucy Zorokong.
