Dr. Bauman is a world renowned pediatric neurologist and researcher who pioneered research linking the causes of autism with the brain. She is highly respected around the world for her outstanding clinical care and research in neurological disorders in children, adolescents and adults. She has published over 75 scientific papers, co-authored the Neurobiology of Autism, and received the 2011 Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Society of Autism Research.
