Dr. Howard Bauchner explores emerging policy issues in the second year of the Affordable Care Act, which mandates health insurance for all Americans. Bauchner’s role as the journal’s top editor includes oversight of resource guides for physicians and 10 other leading medical publications on a variety of topics. A pediatrician, Bauchner previously served as the editor of the Archives of Disease in Childhood, which focuses on health and disease in young people from birth through adolescence.
