Celebrating the city's 100th birthday, the Courier-Citizen Company's Centennial edition was published in 1936. It was a 48 page edition, with stories and highlights from the years 1836 - 1936. Included are photographs from the 1800's, how life has changed in the 100 years since the founding of Lowell.
