If you wish to cite an individual article in MLA, APA or Chicago, simply select "Cite" under the search result. You will be given the options to copy and paste any of these three formats or export the citation in RefWorks, RefMan, EndNote and BibteX. You can also export any of these from simply clicking on the citation from the search results. Select export in the upper right corner and a pull-down menu of these 4 options will appear.
How can I add a full citation under the search result?
If you want the citation link to be displayed under the search result for automatic export you must configure this in your settings under Bibliography Manager. Google Scholar supports RefWorks, RefMan, EndNote and BibTeX. This will enable you to automatically get the citation in the format of your choice directly from the search results page. In this way, you are able to create a bibliography manager in a site like RefWorks from those articles you use on Google Scholar.
