Course Reserves

The UML Libraries offer course reserves for both print and electronic materials. To learn more about putting materials on course reserves, please refer to the Course Reserves Guide.

Research Guides

The UML Libraries create and maintain LibGuides (Research Guides) that connect your students to the tools and resources they need to complete your assignments. We have a list of guides covering most subjects, but please let us know if you see any essential subjects that are missing. 

NOLO (No Or Low cost) Textbooks

Library staff can help find alternatives to expensive textbooks using resources such as:

• OER (Open Education Resources, high quality resources freely available on the web)
​• Materials already in the Libraries’ print and digital collections 
• New multi-user ebooks for purchase
​• Additional options by discipline

LibKey Nomad

A Google Chrome plug-in that connects to UML Libraries’ subscriptions to find the full text of articles, if available.
