In addition to the 1979 Cultural Inventory Survey the Pawtucket Street tenements were included in a 1980 survey made for the City of Lowell's Department of Planning and Development. While the historic information is less detailed than the CSI, the DPD reports include such information as Zoning and Occupancy status as well as Assessed value. 193 Pawtucket: $14,000 and 199 Pawtucket: $9,000. Many of these reports have been digitized by the Lowell Historical Society via a 2016 Lowell Mass Cultural Council grant and are available on UMass Lowell Libraries Internet Archive site.
