When entering data you can change the size of the text box in two ways. The first is by dragging the lower right corner to a new size, the second is by clicking on the blue arrow, which will automatically expand the textbox to a greater size
The pasteboard feature allows you to store "working content" usually copy-and-pasted from another document or file. When you add your information to the Pasteboard you can easily drag and drop this text to the DM data boxes, eliminating the need to have multiple applications open at one time.
