These Mestrovic bas relief sculptures are displayed in the foyer of Durgin Hall and represent the last of Mestrovic’s work. University of Lowell Chancellor Daniel O’Leary PhD acquired these treasures from the artist’s estate in the 1970s. The bronze plaque accompanying them reads:
