Support the Library and Center for Lowell History

The UMass Lowell Faculty Senate organizes an advisory committee of faculty, and meetings are approximately one per month during the academic year. 

How to participate:

• One representative from each college is selected each fall semester from among Faculty Senate members.

Past activities:

• Provided support and guidance for our Spring 2024 collection survey.
• Gave constructive feedback on new Faculty Orientation guide online.

The University Library Student Advisory Committee started in 2025 to provide students with an opportunity to share their concerns and needs directly with the library while helping shape new collections, resources, and services.

The committee meets three times a semester in person or virtually.
