What is Strategic Management?

Corporate strategy is an integration of knowledge in the various functional areas of management for the purpose of solving problems affecting the character and success of the total enterprise, including implementation via appropriate policies.
The course will enable students to: 

❖ assess business environments
❖ diagnose an organization’s strengths and weaknesses
❖ develop strategic plans to create long-term competitive advantage
❖ understand the challenges of implementing strategic plans in organizations.
