Welcome to Perspectives in American Culture
The goal of this class is to enhance your ability to read and interpret American texts by learning how to see them in context, to understand the way we approach texts from interpretative lenses, and to figure out how we want to express our insights.
The fieldwork assignments involve outside activities to stimulate active learning and active engagement with how ideas manifest themselves in the world. These assignments are meant to put learning into action.
