Welcome to Professor Brunette's Course, Introduction to Public Health
The course provides a historical and contemporary overview of public health topics and issues of importance to society. Students will gain knowledge of current technical issues and practical obstacles facing public health practitioners and policymakers alike. The course will provide students with an ecological understanding of the causation and prevention of disease with an emphasis on health issues that affect society as a whole.
To get the most out of this e-textbook it is a good idea to create an account in Ebsco.
To create an Ebsco account start at the library home page, then click the Advanced Search link under the main search box, (the tab is named Article Quick Search).
This takes you to a page with a sign in tab at the upper left. From here, follow the prompts.
