Welcome to Professor Avery's Class, "Monsters, Apes and Nightmares"

This course examines literary responses to science in England and the United States from the early Nineteenth Century to the present. Readings include novels--Frankenstein, The Island of Doctor Moreau, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, Jurassic Park--essays, and poems. 

The goal of this guide is to help you use the UML library for researching your topic and completing your assignments. The guide contains:

❖ relevant journal titles
❖ citation and bibliography help.
