How to Find Articles in the Financial Times

Get Articles in the Financial Times via the UML Library

You can get articles from the Financial Times from either of two databases the library subscribes to. These are research, rather than browsing, subscriptions, and don't start at the Financial Times website.

From Library Web Page

From the library home page click on the tab Databases tab in the left column, scroll to "P" and choose Proquest Central.

Click on the "Publications" Tab.

proquest home page

Choose "F" in the alphabetical slide

Click "Newspapers"

navigation window, proquest

Scroll to "Financial Times"

You will need to be logged in to your UML email to use these links.  If prompted, type in your UML email and password.

The full text of the Financial Times is available at the link below—with a one-month delay.

The Financial Times is also here, again with a one-month delay.

To get the current month of the Financial Times

Search news.google.com using the drop down, get details on a recent article and request it through Interlibrary Loan on the library website. You need and ILL account, (separate from your "library card").

OR go to the Financial times website, use the menu dropdown to search, and request the articles you need via Interlibrary Loan.
