The Mission: Building a Ticketing and Traffic System

We can engage the current 5-student group of CS grad students to build our responsive customer service ticketing, traffic, and quality assurance platform.  They can start by testing LibAnswers, and if necessary move on to Desk.com or zendesk.com or another cloud-based solution.
 
We have to build this responsive customer service ticketing, traffic, and quality assurance platform to track and expedite questions that arise hourly.
