I didn't hand out the attached, but I used these points during the discussion. 
George had recommended at the 2/21/17 meeting that we only create the channel with library created content as a test. Mehmed had expressed some concerns, which we discussed  about ads, etc. which we tried to address in the settings. 
 
George provided me with the library_net@uml.edu user name and password to create it.
