I’ve attached my experience with Chrome which is pretty much the same as Ellen’s with Firefox. I will only add my response below from Brian at the IT help desk:
“I looked into this issue and from what I understand this is not a computer issue but rather an issue with the website itself. During the transition period to the new website, it has caused issue with the security certificate of the old website. From what I was told the new website is what we should be using from now on.
I can show you how to clear the browser cache as a workaround for now to continue to use the old website, but I can't say for how long this page will stay up.”
