Filmed in 1985 and 1986, includes footage of Christmas in 1985 at Furlong residence in Lynnfield, Massachusetts. The family includes Tom, Paula, and their three-year-old daughter Kerri, as well as Kerri's grandmother. Kerri opens her presents while the adults watch. Other parts of film include parade on Fourth of July in Winthrop, Massachusetts, and scenes from Martha's Vineyard. In the parade people of all ages dressed in costumes and marched with floats. Kerri decorated a doll carriage as part of a competition with other girls. At the Vineyard the family goes horseback riding, attends a band concert, hikes in the woods, and spends a day at the beach. This footage shows aunts, uncles, and cousins.
